Yo! Today is quite a significant day, with all the results of election, and being the last training of this semester. As for me, its my last training for my entire 4 years. Alright then, so you guys should know that Celvin Tan is our new Clan Leader. Moreover, he's our ONLY Clan Leader. So make sure you all treasure him ok?

Alright Shun Xian and me are actually planning to treat(if our wallet permits) Zen members out for a lunch maybe at MacDonald's for a lunch. That will occur after the 'O' Levels. Remember, studies always come first. So remember to study hard for Mid-Year! =)

Yo guys!

Taekwondo Training on Wednesday 19/3 for ALL. It is a make-up training for Good Friday 21/3.

Date: 19/03/2008 Wednesday

Time: 3.30pm-5.30pm

Venue: Hall

*Don't think that you all will be able to skip training because its a Good Friday. Muahahaha!

2. 17/03/2008 Monday is the last day to register for 6th April 2008 Grading. Please bring $25 and hand in to Mr Dave Ng if you wish to go for April Grading 08. After monday, it will be counted as late submission and it will cost $30 instead(not worth it).

3. Election of 9th Commitee 2008 coming soon.

Be sure to nominate your BEST sec 2-3 clan members to vie for coveted positions of Clan Leader.

*There are only a few eligible candidates to be enlisted to be a clan leader so there will only be 2 nominees. So it will be very competitive because each and every one of you have the potential to be a Clan Leader! Signing off!

Friday's training is brought forward to Wednesday as there is sports day on Friday. Timing should be 3.30pm - 5.30pm.

Next, please think of a Community-Involvement Project (CIP) to do on 8th March for the annual CIP this year. You are advised to be creative but be practical. Location is supposed to be held in Singapore ONLY. Everyone has the right to choose their ideal CIP so that we would not be bored with the cliche projects that we normally do. You will be given 3 choices on Wednesday to vote. So please get ready for the voting about 15 minutes before training. We thank you for your cooperation! =)

Yo Zen,

Bowen Taekwondo Club annual CIP Programme will be held on the last day or weekend of Term 1 i.e 7 or 8 march 08. 2007 TKD CIP Programme was held at East Coast park 10 march 07 doing beach cleaning (photo of the month). But this time round, all of you get to have a say of where you want to do community-involvement-project! Next TKD training Lesson please write down your choice location for CIP. e.g. collecting newspaper HDB flats, caring for disabled at school of deaf, old folks home, zoo, Bird park, sentosa etc. you name it and if it is CIP-related, you will get to do volunteer work there.

Reminder for clan members who ordered Gi and belt. Pls approach Mr Dave Ng anytime next week 18/02/08 onwards to pay for the items. Please pass us the money to either Shun Xian or me.

Last Friday(15/2/08), many clan members did not sign in for attendance. Please come to us to sign your name if you attended last friday training. We have already done the head count but lack your signature.

Sec 1's, please note that the new gi cost $35 and each belt cost $5. If anyone of you haven't ordered your gi yet, please approach either Shun Xian or myself before or after the next training.
